Crime against women in rural India doesn’t need any description to justify the need to fight against it. Hindu Rights Watch organizes various workshops to address the concerns pertaining to women and provide mechanisms to fight against the same.

As an impact of various other programs of Hindu Right watch we are easily able to gain familiarity with rural women and issues related to them. Hindu Rights watch is very focused on its Program named as Durga Program. Durga is designed to assist the rural women with the tools to stand for their rights and enable them with resources and information to protect themselves against social, psychological, financial, and religious bigots. In this program special emphasis is given on the Protection and Awareness of women pertaining to various crimes against women.

On June 2017 in Rampur our team conducted a session with the women on Women Rights and how to avail them at Panchayat level. Through this session we were able to address different types of issues faced by women on a day to day basis and their fears attached to the same. Our idea is to provide them platform to express themselves and understand their real issues. As an impact of these sessions women are able to identify their real self and also able to co relate their problems with each other and are able to stand for each other’s right during the time of need.
