Durga Program was designed keeping in mind various crime and injustice against women in rural India. In this program we try to educate the women about the various forms of crime against women and ways to fight against it. We conduct sessions on different topics and help them to be updated with their legal rights.
On Jan 2019 in Moradabad a session was conduct with the house hold women on violence against women and early child marriage as a criminal offence and how to take legal action against the same. We also threw light on crimes like acid attack on females and trafficking of women in sessions simultaneously. As an impact of these sessions females have started to speak for themselves and their rights in community meetings regarding community development work.
