As we all are aware that rural India holds 70% of the entire population of India. Going by the same statistics it is also true that most of our talents hail from rural India. Hence it is all the more important to understand and engage these young minds in productive means. Arjun Program is a very unique platform to provide vision to the youth of rural India. With the motive to channelize the young minds and engage them in community building. Hindu Rights Watch has designed this program to create Arjunas within the community. This program is conducted in various part of the community by mobilizing the youth.

Therefore with whatever minimum available resources and means on Aug 2018, we organized a workshop in Rampur targeting the potential young brains within the community in order to help them identify their own area of interest and understand the concept of goal setting. The entire workshop was based on a simple theme in order to ensure deeper clarity of thoughts and ideas of each and every young adult who participated in the session. Initially it is very challenging to mobilize groups to assist them identify their own capacity in order to further help them to enhance the same. However with the help of strong determination and planned intervention our team is able to conduct regular sessions with the youth within the community. As a result the participants were observed to express themselves during the session and also shared that they are looking forward to attend many such sessions ahead as it would help them identify their area of interest and clarity of thoughts and information of the world outside.
